A big part of what we do as your NDIS plan manager is processing your invoices – we make sure that your services providers are paid on time, as well as make sure that the expenses are funded by your NDIS plan and you aren’t being overcharged for anything.

To help us with this we might ask for a copy of your NDIS plan, so we can process your invoices correctly, under the right categories, for the right amounts etc. The more information we have, the easier and faster this will be.

Downloading your NDIS plan from the MyPlace Participant portal

The good news is that downloading a copy of your NDIS plan is easy. Here’s how:

  1. Logon to the My Gov Website (or create an account through my.gov.au, view the full NDIA guide here).
  1. Under ‘Linked Services,’ choose National Disability Insurance Scheme and press the ‘Go to Service’ button.

Once you’re in the portal, follow these steps.

STEP 1

Nominees and participants can choose from the drop-down menu in the top right corner based on their role, ‘Acting as.’

  • If you’re a participant, select ‘myself’ from the dropdown.
  • If you’re a nominee, select the participant’s name, for whom you wish to access the NDIS portal.

STEP 2

Select the ‘My Plan’ tile.

  • Once the My Plan tile opens, you will see the following tiles:
  • View My Plan
  • My Helpful Documents
  • My Support Budget
  • My Referrals
  • My Funding Report

STEP 3

Select ‘View My Plan.’

STEP 4

To download a copy of the plan, click on ‘Print this plan to PDF’ on the top right of the page.

If there is more than 1 plan, (past plans) choose the most recent date through the drop-down menu.

The plan will download in a new window or tab and you can save it wherever you usually keep your files.
